LuaCAD Help

Welcome to the LuaCAD help. For every function you will find an explanation with pictures and examples – from the first start to a finished pipe run.

#Modules

Getting started with LuaCADWelcome window, LuaCAD ribbon tab, panel, creating a project and the settings for all modules.Piping 3DPiping in 3D – draw pipe runs, insert fittings and valves, risers, connections, isometrics and lists.

More modules (Piping 2D, Ventilation 3D, Drainage 3D, Openings, Underfloor heating, Block catalog, Annotation) will follow step by step.

#Finding what you need

• Search at the top: one or two keywords are enough, for example "multi-pipe run" or "pull fitting away".
• Contents on the left: all pages ordered by module; the open page is highlighted and lists its sections.
• From the program: the "i" of a panel page or a dialog, the insertion help and the "Help" chip in the action bar at the cursor take you straight to the right place. See Help in the program.
